  • We are committed to being a carbon neutral company and as such have designed a delivery mechanism which is entirely electronic and easy to use.

Once an organisation has entered into a Partnership Agreement with CodePro for the provision of Job Prospector, they will receive a Spreadsheet by e mail containing the agreed number of encrypted Unique Identification Code (UIC) numbers together with the CodePro Service Level Agreement. They will then be able to issue the UIC numbers electronically or manually to their selected clients, customers or staff. (Users).

Users will then be able to log on to the CodePro website www.codepro.co.uk, enter their personal details and UIC number as directed, download and register the software on their own computer without having to make a payment. The End User License Agreement will be built into the software and this agreement will be between the end User and CodePro Ltd. All subsequent transactions will be between CodePro Ltd and the end User.

A Partnership Agreement runs for 12 months from the date of issue. Additional UIC numbers can be issued during the contracts’ life if they are needed. During the year UIC registration/download will be monitored through the CodePro Ltd website. When 80% of the UIC numbers issued have been used or when there is one month left to run on the Agreement, CodePro Ltd will issue a notification to the Partner Organisation and enter into renewal discussions. If a partner organisation anticipates needing more than 2,000 UIC codes in a calendar year CodePro Ltd will make arrangements for quarterly or monthly issue of UIC code numbers.
